The air around the secret hideout would swell suddenly, warbling with space-time. With a massive boom of an explosion echoing throughout the dense forest watching this area, would be alerted. Itami managed to get as close as he could to the ANBU of stone, yet he was stopped short by an impressive barrier. Even his space-time jutsu was canceled out. The smell of sulfur littered the air as three silhouettes could be seen in the cloud. The largest of them would drop to a knee coughing up a minor amount of blood. Looking up he would smile with blood dripping out of his nose, with a single hand rising to give a thumbs up to Takashi Hyuga. Takashi wouldn't have been as affected by the warping of space-time, but he would have felt its toll somewhat. The Blast-warp Teleportation was starting to take its toll. He was only glad he was able to resist the side effects until out of the sight of his villagers.

"You ever tell anyone you saw me like that... You'll end up like this one." Itami muttered before standing well over Takashi and patting the sealed Hanako on the back of her stone coffin. Itami would then look around. "Now, where the hell are we?" Itami wiped the blood from his face and awaited Takashi's guidance.

Mirai and Mujin Household

She had risen the second that Mujin had launched himself from their window, ebony locks falling into place as she stared at the empty spot he formerly occupied. Something, in the distance, had stirred her. A discharge or explosion. She felt it deep within her and had not been able to sleep since.

Her eyes perused the dimly lit room for a couple of seconds before concluding he hadn't even bothered to leave a note. Probably meant that he had only stepped out briefly. It didn't matter.

Dark thoughts circled her head. Her husband-to-be hated her world, and took every opportunity to abandon or patronize her. His brother, her former teammate and only other friend would soon seize her title from her, or kill her for his plans. Her own "brother" was loyal to him as well. The two children she had helped raise in the absence of their father had attacked her either psychologically or physically. She was alone.

Alone.

A icy spider ran up her spine as her feet touched the cold wood of her floors and she rose shakily, taking a few wobbly steps before colliding with the armoire in her bedroom. Her breaths became rapid and shallow as she gripped at the wood so tightly her knuckles became white.

They hate you. You're alone. You're weak. You're worth nothing.

The voice that filled her head was not only her own, but another that she had hoped never to hear again. She shoved herself away from her perch, colliding with the wall as she aimed to make it outside. The air within the house was too hot. Suffocating. Her fingers pulled urgently at the collar of her shirt, that felt too tight now as she stumbled down the stairs.

You're alone. You're weak. Your fiance hates you. Your friends hate you. Your brother hates you. They all hate you.

Slender fingers fumbled with the handle of the door, pulling too hard and derailing the mechanism, trapping her within the house. They couldn't possibly. Could they? She tugged, only managing to get a few more inches before the voice came back.

TheyallhateYOUTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateYOUTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallHATEyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateYOUTheyallhateyouTheyalllhateyouYOUTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouHATEallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouALLyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTHATEllhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallHATEhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallALLyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyaOFhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyalALLteyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouALLTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyoOFheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhatTHEMTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyOFTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallOFhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyTHEMateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouThTHEMlhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTHEMTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyouTheyallhateyou

Her hands came up to her ears, disheveling her usually well-tamed hair. She just needed air. She needed to stop thinking, and breathe, and get out of this house. Her fist came back, chakra gathering it quickly and efficiently. Her eyes felt strained and she knew that if anyone saw her now, they would think her a monster for what she had to do to acquire this ability.

If Mujin didn't want to be by her side, then she would go alone. If they wanted to be her enemy, then she would make them regret it. If anyone wanted to stand in her way, she would cut and slice her way through them. And if this house wished to trap her, she would knock it all down.

Her fist shot forward, chakra rushing out at a pin drop. The door fractured for a half second, and then shattered. The force sent a rush of wind sweeping through the house, scattering anything that wasn't heavy or nailed down. Outside, the wood of the patio splintered and took flight, and the ground fractured and uprooted, flying back and colliding with the wall, knocking it down and continuing it's path of destruction for a only few more meters. before dwindling and halting.

You hate all of them.

Her chest heaved, cool air rushing into the house and filling her lungs. Calmer thoughts filled her head as she stood straighter, her breath plateauing as she surveyed the damaged done. Mostly to her property. A little into the public alley that ran along the back of her yard. Nothing she couldn't handle.

By the time the small team of Uchiha who specialized in Earth Release answered their summons, the Uchiha Lady was gone. A brief inspection of the house would find that her weapons, armor, and cloak were gone. Brief instructions, leaving the UMC tasks to accomplish before she returned was left behind: set meetings, battle test the barrier squad, and a list of people she wished to recruit that included Gyoken Uchiha.

Outskirts of the Leaf Village

Mirai's seal was activated; she didn't want to be trailed. Despite the speed she moved at, even the forest surrounding her didn't seem to react as her body weaved a silent trail that spelled her departure from the district. Her eyes stared ahead, her instincts tuned to the world around her.

She had allowed her role as the Lord of her clan to slow her, to make her weaker. She had hoped her pride and care for the clan would make them respect her, but she had somehow forgotten that she had gotten to where she was by walking a path bathed in the blood of those she had cut down. She needed more power, what she had clearly wasn't enough of a threat to put to rest any doubt of her strength.

Her body pushed harder, propelling her away from the village. Away from her clan.

She would return of course, but if she was the same woman when she came back was still unknown.
04cbd36a082ba48c4c670faa8ab83ba2.png

The UMC has closed it's doors to all outsiders. Uchiha workers have all returned to the building despite the late hour. They refuse anyone who is not officially employed and do not speak of Mirai's disappearance.

The room lay cloaked in darkness, an abyss where shadows danced in the silence. Gyoken's onyx eyes, reflective pools in the dimness, bore a gaze that seemed to pierce through the veils of nothingness. Resting in the hospital bed, he pondered the pathways to becoming a stronger, more formidable shinobi. The prospect of returning to Nagi Academy and training under a sensei who truly understood him filled him with anticipation. Yet, there was a realization that had taken root within Gyoken—the respite had endured for long enough. His body, rejuvenated by Tentai's Healing Bite technique, now responded with newfound vigor. Despite the enhanced physical condition, Gyoken's form was still adorned with bandages, the lingering scars from Matatabi's scorching flames serving as a testament to a pact with a beast within.

Peculiarly, Gyoken found solace in those bandages, a tangible reminder of the symbiotic relationship he had to forge with the Matatabi. With determination resonating in his voice, he whispered, "I'll live up to the moniker Gyoken of the blue flames." Carefully rising from his bed, mindful not to disturb his ninken companion Miyuki, Gyoken stepped into the dim corridor, a silent resolve guiding his steps.

Gyoken's movements were a symphony of stealth as he extricated himself from the hospital bed, his every step calculated to evade notice. Tiptoeing to the window with the practiced finesse of a shinobi, he removed the small cat bell that usually adorned him. Swiftly, he wedged it into the window's crevice, ensuring it wouldn't close entirely and alert anyone to his clandestine departure. With meticulous care, he arranged Miyuki's plush form and strategically positioned pillows, creating an illusion that would deceive even the most cursory glance.

Having executed his makeshift ruse, Gyoken made his way to the window. The city lights twinkled in the night, a silent witness to his moonlit escapade. Without hesitation, he leaped from the fifth-floor window, a graceful descent reminiscent of a cat alighting on the grass. The night air embraced him, the cool breeze carrying whispers of freedom as Gyoken embarked on his nocturnal training, leaving the world of the hospital behind in pursuit of strength.

The moon hung low, casting a silvery glow as Gyoken stood alone in the training ground, his determination echoing in the quiet night. The gravity of his intent manifested in his eyes as the onyx Sharingan transformed, bearing two tomoe. Speaking to himself, he voiced his mission, the weight of countless lives pressing on him. Raising his right hand, he focused on the seal that encapsulated the mighty Matatabi within him. Drawing upon both his chakra and that of the feline beast, Gyoken meticulously manipulated the energies. Blue flames, an amalgamation of his own azure power and the Matatabi's incandescent inferno, enveloped his hand. Striking a nearby tree, his fist unleashed a torrent of azure flames, devouring the bark and leaves. The display, while powerful, left Gyoken somewhat disappointed. Chuckling at his initial setback, he knew perfection required patience, a virtue he was willing to embrace for the sake of his envisioned, lifesaving jutsu. "Well, that was lame," Gyoken said, his disappointment evident in his voice.

With Two Shadow of K.L.A.W traversing through the shadows of the landscape, these two specialized Anbu would swiftly reach the Leaf Districts Pristine Village, his appearance adorning the Blackened cloak and Mask of the Yin Chakra Nature and Earth Chakra Nature he'd find himself appearing upon one of the pristine buildings. With their chakra being suppressed these Shinobi observed the location catching a glimpse of an individual by intel as the Tsuchikage whilst the Shadow adorning the Yin Mask caught a Glimpse of Uchiha Tenbo (If he returns if not Mujin Uchiha will be seen) This noted the two Shadow of K.L.A.W descended towards the Tsuchikage (Earth Masked Shadow) whilst his/Her ally descended before Mujin/Tenbo (Depending on Tenbo's Return). His appearance though would usually cause a hint of concern and yet the Shadow remained on his knee as he held out a specialized Sealed Scroll speaking with but a mysterious monotone voice showing no fluidity of gender or emotion,
"A message for Itami Yamazaki..."
Whilst the Yin adorning Mask Shadow Spoke to The Uchiha,
"A Message for Tenbo Uchiha..."
And should Itami and Tenbo recieve this scroll and open it, the contents within would only be visible to his eyes alone; and for what it says is this exactly,
"It is an honor to offer you out an invitation for my Organization called K.L.A.W. We have taken notice of your feats and prowess and determined you an asset worthy of the inner ranked leaderships. The objective of K.L.A.W is to allow a revolution in the shinobi world to better protect what we cherish from the Invaders that have been beseeching each district. But this decision will be yours and yours alone. I shall not pressure you further, should you decide upon an answer you can reach out to my representative in the grass district, where you will recieve the three clues to the Organizations Hideout. ~X.T"
And as the message scroll was delivered, this Shadow of K.L.A.W would seemingly phase into the very ground, vanishing completely from the scene...

He sighed in annoyance; he hadn't intended to go on a mission. "So, he's never been on a mission. I assume now that I am a chunin, it is by default me in charge of this mission," he thought to himself. Perhaps this was a time to prove to himself that he was worthy of such a position. His aquatic eyes rolled, then he turned around to exit the training ground as he continued toward the village exit. "Honestly, going on missions can be fun, but they can also be tricky. As long as you keep banana peels on you, we can stay a step ahead," he mocked, as he began skipping his way to their destination. Sometimes even sliding against the surface, he saw it as playful. "This mission will show us how strong we are of" he stated proudly.

In the heart of Konohagakure, a tense atmosphere hung thick in the air, as the departure and arrival of forces created a vulnerable opening for potential threats. Suzaku, the Hokage, returned to his office to find Ayame, his trusted advisor, already present. The urgency in Ayame's voice conveyed crucial information: "If Inoka hasn't already informed you, Hyuuga Takashi and Tsuchikage Itami have returned." Suzaku, deep in thought, acknowledged her words without meeting her gaze, his attention diverted elsewhere.

bb381e49eff4ae563ec4c81614a1c288.png

In the silence of his office, Suzaku initiated a telepathic conversation with Inoka, his right-hand man. "Inoka, are you there?" The mental message was swift, and Inoka responded promptly, "Yes, Lord Suzaku. What is it that you need?" Suzaku's request was clear; he needed a connection with Lady Mirai, hoping her Sharingan would aid in the interrogation of Hyuuga Hanako, extracting valuable information for the village's safety. "Sure, just a sec," Inoka replied, initiating the search for Mirai's chakra signature. However, after a brief attempt, it became apparent that Mirai was not within easy reach.

Inoka, using advanced sensory techniques, delved deeper, sensing Mirai's presence but was unable to establish a direct connection. The revelation was echoed by Ayame Uzumaki, the leader of the Sensory Unit, "Mirai Uchiha is abandoning the village." The simultaneous confirmation heightened the severity of the situation. The sensory and barrier unit was able to track anyone leaving and entering Konoha, which helped lead to such accusations. Suzaku, reacting swiftly, transformed into his pyrokinetic form—a body of fire—ready to chase after Mirai.

Without hesitation, Suzaku's form began to transform, his human body giving way to a pyrokinetic manifestation. The flames enveloping him acted as a booster, propelling him after the fading trail of the Uchiha leader. In Suzaku's absence, the governance of the village fell into the capable hands of Inoka and Ayame, a temporary measure in the face of unforeseen challenges. The shadows of uncertainty lingered over Konohagakure, and the flames of resolve burned bright in pursuit of answers.

Impactful desire to change came at a cost, many people could not comprehend the weight of change. It was the sort of anomaly that even Shijo himself could never fathom. Shijo's whole life was built off the reference of his father who was arguably someone who he wished to be like. Though he despised his father so much, Shijo could never understand the circumstances of change that brought his father so much success. One thing was for sure Shijo planned to ‘change’, but to what means and to what ends. He flaked from the very top of Hokage’s Quarters, before he pranced to the floor and completely made an enroute towards the Hokage’s Office, already he could see who was within there especially through his sensory ability. Inoka Yamanaka, who stood as the right hand man of the Hokage. Reporting to him would be integral to the Uchiha, quickly he stood before him with his eyes completely focused upon him, slightly bowing before him then arising within the same breath.

“Lord Inoka, I have come to see if you have any assignments for me”. He added after raising his head towards the Yamanaka.

The eyes of the Uchiha were tireless, it aimed to do anything to assist the village. On the outside of the office stood the members of his squad each, came within the doors of Hokage’s Office and entered inside. They flanked, Shijo and each showed equal respect towards Inoka, bowing as well in front of him before raising their heads individually. Perhaps they were equally eager to attain a mission like their captain, however, one thing was for sure they were always by the side of their superior. Missions of the Anbu were secretive and direct, some included espionage and some which could simply cost the loss of lives. Shijo showcased a lot of pride; he was so prideful that he made himself an icon towards his pairs.
Though he was not draped within the same Anbu flaked jacket as his squad however, he could easily change within a moment especially whenever he was given a mission.

The nocturnal atmosphere draped Konohagakure in a veil of bustling energy, unfazed by the retreat of the sun. Sleep, an elusive concept for the likes of Inoka Yamanaka, the temporary Kage in Suzaku Yohi's absence. His senses, extending to a radius of 100 kilometers around Konoha, rendered nothing beyond his perception, aided by the expertise of Ayame Uzumaki, his partner in sensory prowess.

As the night unfolded, the imminent arrival of Shijo Uchiha and his entourage didn't escape Inoka's keen awareness. Standing near the office within the Hokage mansion, Inoka recognized this opportune moment. There was a mission, one that required Shijo's particular set of skills, and Inoka intended to discuss it promptly.
edc6fc93fc66f3671b16abcd74d07b26.png

Executing a sequence of hand seals with precision, Inoka thrust his palm onto the darkened wooden floor. In response, a medium-sized black Kanji emerged, shrouded momentarily in a cloud of smoke that dissipated seconds later. In its wake stood a wooden construct, crafted to closely resemble Inoka in height.

Placing his left hand on the puppet's forehead, Inoka's form radiated with a soothing blue aura before seamlessly transferring into the puppet itself. The sealing tag, covering the puppet's mouth, marked the success of the process. Inoka had temporarily sealed a portion of his consciousness, precisely 25%, into the sturdy wooden vessel, setting the stage for the mission he was about to undertake with Shijo. The night held secrets and missions, and Inoka navigated its shadows with a calculated purpose.

Inoka's eyes, one light green and the other hidden beneath his spiky hair held a certain brightness as he spoke to Shijo Uchiha. "You've come at a perfect time, Shijo. I was about to request your presence," he communicated verbally. At the same time silent exchange between minds would be activated as he addressed Shijo and his mission telepathically. "Uchiha Mirai has abandoned the village, and I need you to take care of it silently. Lord Suzaku already went chasing after her. Act normal and don't make a scene of what I'm telling you," Inoka continued, his mental communication emphasizing the urgency and confidentiality of the matter.

Despite the gravity of the situation, Inoka's external demeanor remained affable as he addressed Shijo verbally. "I want to test out a new invention I've been toying with and would like to see how it would do on a practice mission. It would be best if we went alone. Sorry, Team Shijo," he remarked aloud, masking the true nature of their mission from those around them. Simultaneously, his telepathic conversation with Shijo unfolded. "I'll be assisting you in this mission. As we are not sure how much of a threat Mirai would be. I also have my own agenda I will reveal later in the mission," Inoka shared with Shijo mentally, adding an intriguing layer to their collaboration.

Inoka focused his chakra, channeling 40 percent into the puppet standing beside him. With practiced finesse, he performed the necessary hand seals to activate the transformation technique, reshaping the wooden construct into an exact replica of Inoka. The puppet donned an imitation of Inoka's jounin outfit, concealing its true identity beneath the façade of the sealing concealing tag.

The puppet, now bearing the likeness of Inoka, stirred to life. "It's best we get started, Shijo," it spoke, its voice an uncanny mimicry of Inoka's. With a swift body flicker, the puppet commenced its journey toward the gates of Konohagakure, beckoning Shijo to follow, setting the stage for a mission laden with mysteries and concealed agendas.

As Itami places his hand on Takashi's shoulder, he takes a deep breath while glancing towards Hanako, the fellow Hyūga who has brought shame upon Konoha and the clan itself. Before he can dwell further on what occurred, something sudden transpires around him. Thanks to his Byakugan, his perception of his surroundings distorts as everything swiftly wraps itself in a loud commotion. Without a chance to react or prepare, both Itami and Takashi find the two of them transported to the Leaf District, appearing in a hideout located west of Konoha, merely fifteen minutes away from the village.

The scent of sulfur filled his nose quickly and it caused him to cough and experience excessive sweating and severe muscle weakness. Takashi figured this to be the side effects of Itami's space-time technique, but when he glances over at the Tsuchikage, his eyes widen. Witnessing Itami coughing up blood and blood dripping from his nose catches Takashi off guard. It's an unexpected sight, contrary to what Takashi had anticipated. Following Itami's warning about what he witnessed, Takashi swiftly begins to survey their surroundings. His Byakugan allows him to see through walls and cover a significant distance in just a matter of seconds. He spots the Village Wall and the entrance gates nearby.

"We're just outside the village itself, Lord Tsuchikage," Takashi remarks, gesturing towards the door leading to the village. "Allow me to lead the way." Turning towards Itami, he adds, "If you don't mind, may I carry the body of my fellow Hyūga as we head towards the Hokage?" If Itami allows it, Takashi will take up the task, relieving Itami of the burden while guiding him to the village. However, if Itami prefers otherwise, Takashi will proceed to lead him to the village without hesitation.

Outskirts of Cloud District
It felt like... a ping? She spared a glance over her shoulder as she realized she was being trailed.

It was generous to say that she was being trailed. The Heavenly Cavern Seal prevented tracking her through conventional means, which meant that she had been somehow noted when she was leaving. She wasn't going rogue; that much should have been clear based on the actions of the UMC. The workers were functioning as a unit who was working to ensure everything was ready for it's leaders return. Though she suspected that based on the chakra signature, the Hokage had not bothered to check with the UMC.

She smirked, the seal deactivated and reactivating; a single small slip of her signature to mark where she was, to call him to her. She would not be stopped, but her clan would surely suffer if she evaded him as she was capable of.

Her mind was clearer, and she understood perfectly. She would never be allowed to leave. She was expected to have her aresenal complete, and given the reputation of Uchiha fleeing the village was not one painted in heartening colors, her egress would be viewed as a betrayal. She would simply need to display it in brighter lighting, while ensuring that she was not halted.
04cbd36a082ba48c4c670faa8ab83ba2.png

Her figure stood, a careful gaze scanning the surrounding forest at the border between the Cloud and Leaf districts. There seemed to be four other small presences dotting the forest around her, suppressing their signals just enough so they were detectable, but hard to pinpoint. She understood that her arsenal was still somewhat of a mystery, and if the Hokage had been briefed about what had transpired with Gyoken, he might see through the farce that she was displaying.

The seal, it seemed, no longer worked to mask this being's presence, her power floating about her in a refined, yet fickle aura. Whatever jutsu she was using seemed to be pulling her chakra elsewhere. She was patient, and would await the arrival of Suzaku.
