Tenbo's extraordinary sixth sense guided him with irrefutable precision as he meticulously tracked his elusive prey. This remarkable ability allowed him to decipher even the most subtle spatial changes across a vast radius, ensuring his target remained unmistakable. Nestled deep within the heart of an impenetrable forest, the object of his pursuit lay concealed, surrounded by the lush, vibrant greenery nurtured by Shigabuta, all unbeknownst to the vigilant Sparrow. Above, the forest's intricate canopy concealed a true behemoth: an 82-foot colossal boar, the coveted prize that Sparrow was determined to apprehend. His quest here led him to this moment, where his skills would be put to the ultimate test in attempt of conquering the rumored creature.

The subtle shift in the boar's movements did not go unnoticed, raising the possibility that it had become aware of the presence of both the Sparrow and Joto. This newfound awareness demanded caution. If the boar knew of their position, it must have heightened alertness which adds an extra layer of difficulty, and each and every step must be calculated in order for the prey to not slip away or, worse, turn the tables on them. The growing likelihood that they had been discovered became apparent as an ominous growl rumbled forth from the massive boar, causing the very ground beneath them to tremble. The surrounding greenery reacted in kind, quivering in response to the beast's formidable presence. Following this initial warning, softer growls followed in succession, undoubtedly serving as a clear signal of danger. Yet, Sparrow remained resolute and quickly shot forward into rapid action, as a result disappearing from his location utilizing the body flicker technique.

With swiftness, Sparrow ascended to a commanding position atop a rugged cliff, positioned twenty feet above the dense forest canopy. From this elevated vantage point, he gained an advantageous perspective over the target. As if following a mystical sequence, the Sparrow executed a sequence of agile maneuvers: Rat, Tiger, Dog, Ox, Rabbit, and back to Tiger.

"Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu!"

Erupting with blazing intensity from the Sparrow, a substantial fireball surged forth, swiftly fragmenting into a cluster of smaller incendiary orbs. These fiery projectiles descended with precision, homing in on the forest canopy below, whereupon contact, they ignited a rapid conflagration that consumed the verdant cover. As the flames danced and spread, they devoured not only the boar's shelter but also threatened to engulf its very sanctuary. The fiery arsenal consisted of a formidable fifteen orbs, each boasting the size of a basketball and possessing formidable combustible power, ensuring the forest would become a fiery inferno, making escape for the targeted boar an even more challenging feat. It also threatened the boar, with the first move made the battle had now officially begun with everyones alerts on high.

"OHOHOHO! Don't get me excited now!" Jōtō shouted out in response to the boar's malevolent behavior. For a moment of time, as Sparrow sprung into action, Jōtō was undetectable to everyone and everything. This was an innate ability of the Yagyū Clan that granted them a Natural Camouflage through evolution. The Yagyū Clan, separated from the rest of the world and self-exiled into the Jungle, they had to hunt for their food and survive the predators that hunted them. This naturally formed to become One with the Jungle, one with nature for all intent and purposes, and thus further aided them in sort of innate imperceptibility. Wherever they walk or talk, they are one with the world. When looking for them it was very easy to glance over them or even forget their face completely. This setting was absolutely, without a doubt, opportune for someone such as Jōtō.

That was until he had sprung into action himself following Sparrow's actions. While they had never worked alongside together,
Sparrow had unknowingly set the stage for Jōtō to assist. The secondary effect of the incendiary orbs exploded around the Shigabuta forming a barrier around the Kaiju essentially trapping it within the flames. Just outside the barrier of flames stood Jōtō upon a branch of a thick tree as he pressed his hand onto the tree and Cursed Chakra seeped into the ground below the Kaiju. "Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld!!" The ground below the Kaiju would begin to shift into a swamp and, had the Kaiju not been capable of finding itself out of this situation, would begin to sink into the mud infused with chakra, ensuring the target and preventing escape. The size of the swamp was in adjacent to the fire flame barrier and wide enough to cover the multi-story beast and deep enough for half the limbs of the beast to fall into the swamp. However, this was not your typical technique for it was not generated through means of regular chakra, yet Cursed Chakra, which would siphon the physical and mental strength of the Kaiju.

Had the Kaiju become victim to the Earth Release technique, surely Sparrow would follow up with the beast to subdue it even more than it would've already have. Jōtō would have swiftly summoned forth a specific ofuda tag that would allow him to prepare and set up for the next set of attacks. In the meantime, with a smile painted across his face, he hummed to himself in amusement. His senses tingling with excitement because moments like this were the only time he truly felt alive.

With the battle between man and beast starting, there were indeed a few things that had taken place within the few short moments of the beginning battle. With the one wearing the strange mask, the creature locked its eyes on the shinobi and kept its main focus on him, this mere act alone instantly began draining the strength and stamina the longer the shinobi remained in the creatures presence which will have made dealing it with it much more difficult. As the masked shinobi rose into the air, a massive build up of thick roots shot upwards from the ground at an angle to surround the man in nothing but roots in a similar fashion to form a dome around him. As such, the completion of the roots was at the exact launching on the jutsu which will have caused the mans own jutsu to explode right in his face and deal the intended damage to himself instead of his intended target. As for the other one, the creatures connection with nature allowed it to know the exact location of the secondary shinobi due to him being atop a tree, trying to hide from the beast was a useless tactic, especially when around in its very own territory. With that, the very vines within the tree wasted absolutely no time wrapping around and constricting the other man with great force before his hand was able to connect with the tree. This ultimately stopped what the shinobi had in mind for the creature and rendered the man immobilized as the very vines began to pull the on the mans body in opposite directions dislocate the joints within his body and take him completely out of the fight.

Shigabuta's prowess was unlike anything known to mankind and its very being defied the logic of humanity with its abilities. The beats had one thing in mind, and that was to defend its territory and destroy the very enemies who dared to threaten its existence. At last, the beast rose up on its hind legs for but a moment and slammed back down onto the ground, this caused the entire environment to buckle and tremble with power as the rocks shot up into an earthly explosion.

Sparrow's focus extended beyond his formidable opponent; his spatial sense endowed him with a profound awareness of both his immediate surroundings and his partner's actions. Much like his name suggested, he viewed the world with a unique perspective, adapting and molding his mindset to flourish within it. This circumstance was merely another challenge to his adaptability. In the challenging life of a shinobi, adaptability was the cornerstone of survival, a constant evolution demanded by the ever-shifting landscape of danger and uncertainty.

During a fleeting moment of transition, Sparrow experienced a disconcerting disturbance, a sensation akin to a minute drain on his physical energy and stamina. The masked adversary moved with such astonishing swiftness that any meaningful counteraction was rendered nearly futile, diminishing the desired impact to a mere shadow of its potential. Nevertheless, the Sparrow had foreseen the possibility of this effect intensifying if the opponent persisted in targeting him. Their ultimate objective remained unchanged: to eliminate the formidable beast, and his resolve to initiate this process endured, undeterred by the creature's attempts to thwart his intentions.

As the roots surged forth from the earth, their intent was clear: to obstruct the Sparrow's path. However, their sluggish motion proved inadequate to halt him entirely. Those that drew near the Sparrow were skillfully outmaneuvered, a testament not just to his agility but also his mobility. In this particular instance, the colossal creature's efforts were in vain as they failed to deter him one bit from reaching his desired location. Amidst the chaos, accuracy and precision faltered, leaving the creature in a compromising position. Sparrow's initial sequence of attack prevailed, albeit not without resistance. Roots surged in a desperate bid to approach him, but meters away, the initial orb made contact, obliterating the adjacent roots. As the roots that had been outmaneuvered descended back to the earth, the path was cleared for the orbs to be unleashed as intended. The forest canopy ignited in a fiery blaze, and within moments, the monstrous prey succumbed to the scorching and relentless inferno. The flames spread with ferocious speed, seeking to seal the fate of the mighty beast in a matter of seconds.

As the initial phase of strategy unfolded, Sparrow successfully executed the first part of their mission. With the relentless flames now ravaging the environment, including its enigmatic origin, the masked man prepared for the next crucial steps. In the palm of his left hand, an unseen energy began to coalesce, a force that harnessed the very fundamentals of the world. This endeavor demanded a precise and cautious approach to ensure that the surging power did not spiral out of control. The masked man's remarkable chakra control skills rendered this task not just possible but extraordinary, even in the face of its inherent complexity. Faced with the current circumstances, there was no desire to protract a battle against the enigmatic beast, thus they aimed to conclude the encounter swiftly. This was precisely why the masked man had entrusted his loyal root members with a silent, supportive role, acting in concert with the Sparrow and Joto, even without the need for spoken words.

With seamless precision, highly skilled root members seamlessly employed the Body Flicker Technique. Their traversal through the landscape was nothing short of lightning-fast, as they swiftly assumed their designated positions, forming an encircling perimeter around the formidable Daikaiju. Positioned at all four sides of the blazing canopy, they skillfully remained beyond the creature's grasping roots and the treacherous muddied expanse. Perched upon a cliff within the rugged mountainous terrain, each operative performed a sequence of hand signs, executing a synchronized sequence involving Tiger, Hare, Boar, Dog, and finally, either Ram, Ox, or Snake. These movements were punctuated with a resolute exclamation.
"Doton: "Doryūheki!"

Each member hands were then placed on the surface, causing the pre-existing material of the earth to form upwards into an expansive wall. Each wall was long enough to cover each side of the canopy, as well as rise high to fifty-five feet. The density of the wall naturally reflected the environment, but with the user's chakra added to it persisted an extra layer of durability against Fire and Water. These walls were sturdy and durable, capable of withstanding incredible forces. Above all else, they were designed to further immobilize and slow down the physical progression of their target, considering the Daikaiju had to deal with the scorching canopy, and the mud, and whatever else the pair had coming. The root members had mastery over the earth to the point if any damage was done to it, it had the potential to quickly be repaired.

There was something beautiful about a perfectly initiation of a plan. The way the parties against the Daikaiju moved in harmony and without fear was something to witness. There was beauty in their control and precision, grace in the symmetry of their movements and attacks. It was in a manner that would've tricked many into thinking they had worked together for countless numbers of year. Perhaps that is why Jōtō is so renowned as a Monster Hunter: his ability to adapt is second to none. The ANBU operatives relocated themselves and assisted Jōtō's initial technique fueled by Cursed Chakra. Fortunately for him, he had remained undetected by the beast due to his innate trait from his clan. With the Swamp of the Underworld technique successfully inhibiting the beast's movements, the ANBU operatives added a secure wall around the mud to create an impromptu massive inferno that swarmed the creature.

The technique Jōtō had utilized was similar to the functions of quicksand. The more the target would fight against the mud, the quicker they'd sink. Surely, with everything going on with the earth walls and the flames, the creature would potentially be too occupied to come to this conclusion until it was too late. Initially drunk with rage, Jōtō wondered when the creature itself would admit defeat — or if it ever would. Without hesitation, Jōtō swiftly moved onto his next set of actions as the summoned Ofuda Tag would be imbued with chakra before he precisely launched it at the creature. through a clear path avoiding the fire. This Ofuda Tag was property of the Yagyū Clan which assisted in sealing aways creatures and then using their attributes later in a Shikigami Style. The ofuda tag would not necessarily puncture through the outer layer of the Daikaiju, but it would simply shift similar to a permeable layer through the beast and make it's way to the heart, where it would begin to envelop the creature with special chakra forcing the beast to become dormant.

In this same time, Sparrow had begun to accumulate a unique chakra that could probably be the deciding factor to end this battle even faster. For now Jōtō waited on the sidelines as his ofuda tag began it works while ready to provide support to Sparrow if needed.

The creature remained composed even after observing the destruction of its original plan for the fire user which ultimately resulted in the beast becoming trapped within a fiery area and a wall which he could only assume was meant to keep the creature trapped within a certain area. The next thing however was unexpected as the moment the creature tried to move its legs, Shigabuta came to a realization that it was trapped inside of a strange substance preventing it from moving. Its normal nature turned into a full on fight for its life as the hatred it already held for humans in general intensified as the beast let out a monstrous roar that shook the entire area, the roar itself not only caused the earthly wall around it to slowly crumble and fall upon the fire, but it will have also forced the eardrums of its attacker to burst. This action will have caused any other actions they had in play to come to a halt caused from the sheer pain being experiencing from their bursted ears. Finally, its use of Yang Sensory allowed it to locate the other individual; As such, the creature will have used its control over nature and plant life to slam against the ground to force an earthly substance to rise from beneath the mud like a miniature mountain to free itself from the trap, but this was used as a defense mechanism to completely change the terrain into a more maze like formation, separating the two shinobi from each other on the complete opposite sides of the new formation. Though if the vines managed to hit either of them, their power of them will have definitely shattered bones.

With the Uchiha now trapped and alone within with monster, its focus will have returned with the same intentions as before, though the difference this time was that the creature had full control over the entire maze were now encased in. While the veins continued running through the maze and attacking the shinobi, Shigabuta himself opened his mouth and spent this time charging up a mysterious ball of Chakra between its horns. While abundance of chakra could be confused with a tailed beast bomb, it was something entirely different as its charge caused its body to begin glowing a mysterious blue coloration.

While the beast had the right idea, it was too late to be effective. The ofuda tag had been summoned from the initial get-go just as the beast had been become ensnared within the Swamp of the Underworld Technique and thus the ofuda tag was already out of his hand and enveloping the heart of the Daikaiju by the time it had begun looking around to see itself in the predicament it was in. The beast, now rightfully so drunk with anger, would plan to release a might roar and it would do so however not with the strength it had imagined. Even when it had attempted to utilize its abilities to alter the terrain, it was insignificant because the Ofuda Tag had already begun its magic.

The ofuda tag targeted the heart and enveloped it with a special chakra, which would have slowly begun to put the Daikaiju into a trance where it would neither be dead or alive. The heart, in shinobi and creatures, has always been important. Techniques such as the Earth Grudge Fear focus on securing a shinobi's heart to retain its abilities and chakra nature. Something similar was being done here, but in a much more ancient method. The heart would begin to slow down and blood would nearly cease to pump through the heart and the body. This was, until it had been preserved by the chakra and sealed away into its own dimension of space by Jōtō. For all intent and purposes, the creature had truly become heartless.

A singular hand seal was made and the front limbs of the beast had been sunk deeper in forcing the creature to have been bent slightly forward as its head would hit the mud wall in front of it. Due to the sheer size and weight of the creature, it would nearly crumble the entire wall but at the cost of its neck being exposed in an execution style and its movement inhibited even more. All that was left was for Sparrow to finish prepping whatever he had started.

Ultimately, the plan had proven successful. The canopy blazed with fire, walls erected to confine the behemoth, which stumbled upon the unstable ground prepared by his partner. Soon after, it became apparent that the monstrous creature was weakening, a testament to their combined efforts. The flames and searing heat had done their intended job, scorching the surroundings while inflicting substantial damage to the creature's massive frame. Although it hadn't been reduced to ashes, it was undeniably wounded.

With the outcome appearing inevitable, the Sparrow surged forward with unparalleled swiftness. He became a blur, darting through the openings in the canopy until he landed upon the creature's back. Positioned at the nape of its neck, his chakra-infused hand lay flat against the colossal beast. In a resounding proclamation, he uttered, "Kūkan Kattā." Instantly, a surge of harnessed power erupted from his hand, channeling its destructive intent and pinpoint precision in a horizontal line between the creature's shoulder and neck. The energy's purpose was clear – to sever the beast's head from its body. The head and neck tumbled from the creature's shoulders, plummeting down the wall.

Without delay, a team of Anbu operatives gathered below, one of them holding an extended scroll bearing the distinctive spiral symbol of the Uzumaki Clan. Illuminating with a brilliant glow was the Uzumaki Sealing Technique, which promptly sealed the colossal decapitated head of the now lifeless creature. Swiftly, the head was secured within the confines of the scroll. The Sparrow reunited with his unit on the surface, positioned safely outside the crumbling rock wall. The mission had been a triumph, yet it had left a mark on the Sparrow, though he had taken great care to conceal the extent of his challenges. The damages upon his hand which exhausted such a formidable technique.

Now, his gaze turned to his comrade, the one who had aided him in achieving their goal. "..." Even though the battle had concluded, he remained vigilant, as did his subordinates. He wished to exchange a few parting words with Joto before vanishing into the distance, making his way back to the Leaf District.

Although it was clear that Shigabuta had been slain by the duo, they dealt with it with such precision. Could this be something that justified its reputation as one of the fearsome creatures striking horror into the hearts of mortals? It felt too easy, even tarnishing its reputation among the shinobi and hunters before its corpse. It was true that Joto and Sparrow had successfully hunted the beast. Surrounded by the massive growth of the forest that showed no signs of dying despite the fact that its source had indeed perished, the creature remained stuck in the mud as its materials were being extracted by vultures seeking its rare minerals and furs. These could offer several benefits, such as its tooth, which was known for its durability and ability to repair itself. The bone cells never vanished, continuously repairing themselves, making it an ideal material for crafting a powerful sword that could endure the most destructive force and return to normal over time. Its furs provided immeasurable benefits, as they could regenerate themselves, making them ideal for creating clothing that could withstand various forms of damage. At the same time, its brain contained an untold amount of things, as did its heart, which served as the source of its Yang chakra, as long as its chakra remained. Its flesh was highly sought after by those who desired the ability to heal from sicknesses and injuries, as well as to bolster their Yang energy. It was usually consumed in a manner similar to cannibalism. It was said that consuming too much of its meat could cause a massive overload in one's Yang energy, disrupting the balance of their chakra and overwhelming the Yin energy. It is said that once the creature is hunted, its materials are severely weakened, resulting in a significant reduction of its benefits. Even if the creature is obtained, its power and strength would be halved.

A distant grunt - almost like an oink - could be heard from somewhere about 100 miles below the surface. Its white eyes appeared to be glowing as it lingered, as massive as two football fields, each one standing at 120 yards. This revealed that the creature they had encountered was merely a physical clone born from its flesh, originating from its back, granting the same powers, albeit in a weakened state. It was revealed that the forests were merely growing from its back, just like how the creature they had encountered was. Had they encountered the actual Shigabuta it would be difficult to even cut down such a gigantic creature who appears not to care about their presence. "Another body is gone... Oinks.." It whispered. "That'll take me a good decade or two to regenerate a new one."

He whistled in surprise as the technique Sparrow had utilized cut straight through the neck of the creature. Jōtō studied the chakra frequency as it occurred through his enhanced sensory. “Wow,” he said out loud, amazed “That’s — quite the technique you got there huh? I’ll have to keep it in mind!” He chuckled nervously while scratching his head. Sparrow had now glanced over at the man just as he stopped scratching the side of his head. Jōtō snapped his fingers and did the finger-gun motion toward the beast. The mud began to radiate a bright purple hue as intricate seals formed all across the mud and across the beast. Slowly, it began to sink down even further, but it had not become a part of the ground but somewhere else entirely.

Jōtō reached into his pocket and just as he did Ichijo’s massive summon had returned and the flutter of its wings had caused everyone's clothes to flutter violently. “Well, hate to break it to you darling, but this is where I’ll have to break up with ya!” Jōtō said while mimicking in a disheartened, yet sarcastic tone. “It’s not you, it’s me! You deserve better!” He yelled with his hands out to him. He clearly was putting on a spectacular performance, perhaps he had some training in the art of theatrics. A singular tear slipped through the crevice of his eye as he wiped it away before balling his fist. “Don’t worry darling! I will never forget you!” He then jumped onto the massive summons back and with a smile looked back at Sparrow before flicking over a rusted copper coin to him. “Our destinies are intertwined now! So don’t go looking for other lovers! Pour your heart and soul into that coin and I’ll be there for ya!" The summon began to flutter its wings violently to lift both of them into the air. “Of course, it’ll cost ya!” He smirked as they flew off into the sunset leaving only Sparrow and the ANBU operatives behind.
