Sunagakure Greenhouse:

In the dim light of the once vibrant Suna greenhouse, a chilling scene unfolded, transforming the sanctuary of flora into a nightmarish tableau of death and mystery. Scattered across the damp earth were the bodies of Sunagakure shinobi, their uniforms soaked in blood, their village headbands scattered amidst the carnage. The wounds that marred their bodies were severe and meticulously delivered, suggesting the work of an expert 'swordsman'. The air was heavy with the metallic scent of blood, and the silence was punctuated only by the distant, mournful howls of the desert wind.

Adjacent to the fallen ninja lay a more peculiar and horrifying sight—a creature that seemed a blend of reptile and man, its scales and long sword-like claws glinting faintly in the scant light. This being, unrecognizable and alien to the documented fauna of the shinobi world, ominously sported a Sunagakure armband, raising unsettling questions about its origins and allegiances.

In a shadowed corner of the greenhouse, a figure in a lab coat clutched at a grievous slash across his abdomen. The man's face was pale, his breaths shallow and labored as he summoned the last of his strength to channel healing chakra into a white orb. With trembling hands, he pressed the orb against his wound, the slow, agonizing process of closure offering a faint glimmer of hope amidst the despair.

Nearby, an empty suitcase lay open, its contents presumably plundered or lost in the chaos. The implications of what might have been stolen were dire, hinting at secrets perhaps worth killing for.

As the scene lay bare the brutal consequences of unseen conflicts, the urgent need for investigation was clear. Who—or what—could have wielded such power? What was the significance of the reptilian creature with the village insignia? And what crucial items might have been in the suitcase, now missing, that could unveil deeper layers of intrigue and betrayal within Sunagakure? Each clue was a piece of a puzzle that promised only more darkness as it came together, a grim reminder of the perils lurking in the shadows of the shinobi world.

Hariku, Angel of Hell
ebd0021f2fb83a433cad2467a9ea5c7e.png

It wouldn't take long for one of her eyes to notice something out of the ordinary even after being freshly placed, she could see through the eyes of her drone that there lay bodies, blood and gore before her, Hariku acted instantly and opened her eye, relinquishing the position of the drones temporarily while she stayed in the area the eyes are still formed just "blind" having entered the greenhouse by foot, she sealed off the door behind her with a wave of her wrist, sealing it off with a quick 3 inch wall of iron sand, only to repel civilians and for other shinobi to know something has happened. It was effectively Hariku's yellow tape used by the police force.

The first thing to hit her would be the stench of blood in the dry heat, almost retching to smell, the buzzing sound of flies soon rippled through her ears, to her right she had spotted the man in a lab coat, even with caution on her mind she approached, each step she took more urgent than the last step.

"
What.. what happened here?"

her voice filled with sorrow and disgust, even for someone as insane as Hariku yet she was still just a human, with a wave of her wrist, she conjured forth some Iron Sand to create a make shift "bed" using her constant layers of iron sand the "bed" itself was actually soft to the touch due to the multiple layers, with her right hand extended she waited to see if the man would take her hand. Hariku wasn't much of a medic but she could still send him to the Sunagakure Medical centre before continuing her search.

Should he take her hand she would follow with the same question followed by a new question

"
What happened here and have you seen Satsujoi?"

She would have taken notice of the environment before her, the unknown body, a suspicious suitcase yet for the time being the man wearing a lab coats health became a higher priority and her main objective.

LEGENDARY
Sunagakure Greenhouse:
1737566554521.png

In the aftermath of a devastating attack within the Sunagakure greenhouse, the man in the lab coat struggled to maintain the integrity of his hastily formed healing orb. The scientist, only rudimentarily trained in medical ninjutsu, found himself battling not only his injuries but the rising panic as unfamiliar sounds reverberated around him. The approaching crunch of iron sand set his heart racing, the eerie noise signaling what he feared might be his imminent demise. However, relief washed over him as a gentle voice inquired about his situation, and he felt the unusual but reassuring sensation of an iron sand bed forming beside him.

Gratefully seizing the offered hand, he allowed himself to be helped onto the makeshift bed. “Thank you, miss. You’re a life saver,” he uttered, his voice laden with heartfelt gratitude. He introduced himself as Okabe and began to unravel the purpose behind his presence in the greenhouse. “I was experimenting with reptiles, trying to develop a regenerative serum. It was meant to help people like my wife, a former shinobi who sank into despair after losing her arms in combat.”

His voice trailed off before he could delve into the more painful details of his family’s tragedy. Shifting the topic, he continued, “There were two serums: one to secure ongoing funding, and another for demonstration to Sunagakure’s Medical Chief. But just as we were making headway, we were blindsided by an attack. This creature—part reptile, part nightmare—decimated my team. I was left here, gravely wounded.” His eyes briefly flickered with the memory of terror.

The scientist recounted the miraculous appearance of Satsujo, the swift Wind Release expert known for her decisive interventions. “It was all over in moments. She obliterated the creature with a single blow and pursued the attackers without hesitation. I barely had a moment to process before she was gone…like a gust of wind.”

As they conversed, a set of tire tracks leading towards the sand peninsula caught their attention in the background. The distinct markings suggested the departure of a motorized vehicle, likely used by the attackers to escape the scene. The tracks were a tangible clue, pointing towards the next potential lead in unraveling this dark and twisting narrative.

Hariku, Angel of Hell
ebd0021f2fb83a433cad2467a9ea5c7e.png

Hariku had taken all but a moment to take in the information provided however the first priority before her is an Injured scientist, weighing in her options for the split second, the area was quite this attack was quick as he stated yet no sound, no gush of wind, all but silence, should the attackers already have secured the serum, the next best is the person whom created it. So with that being said, Hariku hadn't said a word, yet her iron sand soon constricted itself around the man whom had revealed his name to her, Obake.

"My name is Hariku, Angel of Hell"

She had lowered the hood of her robe to reveal her angelic face, soft skin, no imperfections of the skin and a dim hueing pair of purple irises, this would be the last thing he saw before being consumed by her Iron Sand, its numbing electrons causing a nauseating sensation and acting as a natural antihistamines this would slow the man's heart rate thus create a stable capsule for the man to remain in a form of stasis, the iron sand wouldn't hurt it would simply stimulate the brain into believing it was asleep while within her "cocoon"

Hariku had taken a look to her right, before her remain broken medical equipment and what could be guessed as the handy work of a wind user recklessly vanishing in a room with sensitive equipment, Hariku had already taken this very incident to summarise the personality and the actions Satsujoi would take as a Kage, either it being quick to discard a life for the advancement of the nation so quickly. Or that she had became so unphased by loss that such incidents become minute to her..

one final thought dawned on her, maybe she already knew Hariku was on her trail and left the man here to pursue the attackers without someone in the way.

With a wave of Hariku's hand she had sent the Iron Sand cocoon into the air and straight toward the medical centre to receive treatment if he had anything else left to say this would be the time.

It took the beeping of the scouting droned eye to alert her to some tracks, covering her left eye she could see the location of the tracks and the direction they took, she didn't need much of an incentive to continue looking for she knew if she found the attackers she'd find Satsujoi. Yet it would seem that this mission would soon become her own, before departing Hariku took one final look at the reptilian body before her, placing her right foot on the side of its neck with a heavy enough of force that even should it remain semi-conscious it'd react in pain..

"Decimate it..."

the voice in her head spoke, the pressure of her foot becoming heavier till a loud snap would have been heard, she had broken the creatures neck, her known purple iris becoming etched in a dark shade of red as a sinister smile reached across her lips, a single heavy exhale released from her nostrils, the scent of a kill soon filled her nostrils, almost as if she could smell the filth these creatures excreted, her head turning one more to the tracks, placing her right hand over her wrist, a large torrent of Iron Sand began to magnetise itself around Hariku's feet, creating a method of faster travel, the torrenting iron sand behind her left nothing but destruction and carnage though the sands as she had followed the tracks with not a clearer goal in sight. Her blood stained eyes fuelling her ever burning desire for blood.

Suna Peninsula

The tracks led to the Sand Peninsula, a small, remote island tucked between the Rain, Leaf, and Sand districts. Once a bustling research site for Sunagakure, it now lay forgotten, reclaimed by nature. The landscape was unremarkable—just a mix of sparse vegetation, small mountains, and stretches of sand. Wildlife was scant, save for the occasional bird pausing to rest before continuing its journey. To any passerby, it was just another nondescript island.

From her vantage point 64 meters up in the canopy, concealed among dense leaves and sturdy branches, the figure remained vigilant. Her presence was nearly imperceptible, blending seamlessly with the natural environment as she surveyed the expanse below through a sophisticated eyepiece, which functioned as a high-powered scope. This device was her window to the island's secrets, her silent ally in a patient watch for any hint of human activity.

As she scanned the terrain, her mind was a whirlwind of strategy and suppressed doubt. The lack of visible activity on the island gnawed at her, tempting her to second-guess the trail she had painstakingly followed here. Her gaze occasionally drifted to the shimmering water's edge, pondering the possibility of her targets having utilized an underwater vehicle for a covert approach—an option beyond her capabilities, given her lack of suitable equipment for extended aquatic operations. The solitude of her watch was only interrupted by the internal echoes of her past, reminders of the unnamed organization that had left deep scars on her psyche. These memories fueled her resolve, tightening her grip on the present task. "They'll pay for what they did," she thought fiercely, pushing back against the creeping despair with a blend of hope and determination.

Unbeknownst to her, she was not aware that she was not alone on this mission, like she preferred any other mission. The mysterious woman continued to stay conceal waiting for an opportunity to learn more information about her enemy and their whereabouts.

Hariku, Angel of Hell
ebd0021f2fb83a433cad2467a9ea5c7e.png

Water the natural enemy to sand before Hariku had even found the location of the Island the moisture in the ground caused her to scuff a little, thankfully her Iron Sand is made of Iron Particles over natural Sand would but her at a huge disadvantage even in this area, she didn't like the dampening scent that water gives off when stagnated or when her own clothing becomes wet, the sticky texture that clings to her body was enough to repulse her visually as well as audibly, her speed had only increased tenfold since beginning her search, to those who would be on the outside looking in would only take her speed for a freak sandstorm concentrating on a singular point, very common in the Sunagakure desert region even as close to the Island as it was, the Sand storms where still fairly common so she took advantage of that to cover her own tracks as well as pursue the mechanised vehicle.

Having arrived on the waters edge of the Island Hariku used the natural water to disperse her sandstorm in an attempt to make it look as realistic as possible all the while Hariku had taken a look around, the very area before her, unlike anything seen in Sunagakure's history, even for ruins, she must have travelled further than expected. However much like a tingling sensation to electromagnetic signatures, Hariku's eyes almost looking below her feet, the tingling sensation of the mechanised vehicle was.. under her? can that be right?

a2ad2881c09ce8ad24122e325eb9847d.png

A sinister stare.

Almost like a beating heart, Hariku could hear the very heartbeats of those around, her best method of sensory is to use natural vibrations on her Iron Sand to locate whatever she may be looking for. Yet should they be underground their heartbeats and movements only sent ripples along her web of iron sand, alerting her to their very presence. her best guess at least a dozen, militaristic, former ninja, multiple nationalities perhaps.

All factors that would give her food for thought, could they be IN the water? the thought made Hariku's eyes dull and irate, clearly having a distaste for this already, much like before. She would start with the Third Eye creating three eyes from Iron Sand, using her right hand she had covered her left eye, on her left palm formed the additional sights and with a single flick of her wrist the eyes would rocket into the sky, all but a speck of light would emit from them before assuming their positions.

Location 1: The centre ruin of the island - looking for any heat signatures or electromagnetic signatures that would hold anything above the average human capacity - EX Shinobi

Location 2: Forming a perimeter around the island itself while releasing singular droplets of Iron Sand to be used encase of an emergency, leaving behind a small pile on each corner of the island while releasing droplets into the connecting nodes of each corner (takes 3 more Hariku posts to fully complete)

Location 3: Searching beyond the island into the forest to search for heat and electromagnetic signatures.

If Hariku could avoid the water at all costs, she will.

Hidden high within the branches of a dense tree, Satsujo maintained her concealment, blending seamlessly with the foliage. Her presence and chakra signature were meticulously masked, rendering her nearly undetectable as she surveyed the island below with a hunter’s patience. Her gaze was sharp, aided by the sophisticated eyepiece that not only magnified her view but also allowed her to track heat signatures, an essential tool for a mission relying heavily on stealth and observation.

The island, quiet and seemingly desolate, finally showed signs of life as a figure appeared at the water's edge. The kunoichi below had blond hair, visible even from Satsujo’s elevated vantage point. Through her eyepiece, Satsujo studied the stranger intensively, analyzing her movements and assessing potential threats. It wasn't long before she identified the woman’s abilities—Magnet Release, a formidable jutsu but one that Satsujo had faced and countered in past encounters.

"Who is this girl?" Satsujo mused internally, her hand instinctively moving toward her twin blades, the blades that had seen her through countless battles. She readied herself strategically, knowing that confrontation was just a matter of time. The woman below might soon detect her, and Satsujo needed to be prepared to strike or defend, whichever the situation demanded.

As the blond-haired kunoichi continued her activities by the water, possibly unaware of the watchful eyes above, Satsujo refined her plan of attack. She was ready to engage swiftly and decisively, ensuring her position remained advantageous. The solitude of the island might have seemed a hindrance to some, but for Satsujo, it was the perfect battlefield—a place where her skills could shine without interference.
