INVADING FORCE FROM THE SHADOWS -
What's going on!?
1680453678111-png.2969

As the two opposing shinobi stood in the face of danger against the shadow possessed legacy of the hidden leaf village, the sheer intensity of the situation was equivalent to that of a violet storm brewing. Yet, the legacy of the leaf cared not for the words of the two beings who against them; Enzo made no sudden movements but instead stared down the samurai with an intensity that spoke a thousand words, He cared not for the samurai's words and instead took out but a single Kunai from his pouch to use as a weapon. This shadow planned on showing Komato just how useless his abilities were when faced against the body and prowess of a possessed Uchiha. Not even acknowledging the existence of Yumaro as the one possessing Hino was confident it could take on both by itself; While Enzo and Hino were both being possessed by beings not of their world, this definitely didn't mean their abilities were going to be less powerful, in fact, their prowess will be amplified due to the power of the source of which these shadows were being controlled.

As such, the prowess of Enzo illuminated a bright light which was casted over both Yumaro and Komato in but a mere second as the being wielded yet another series of hand signs in quick succession, causing not only the Kunai within his grasp to be set ablaze but the air around his being to erupt into a flaming pillar which was then turned into a long flaming chained spear. At the same time, the feeble attack meant to take out the Hyuga proved unaffective as the shadowy force caused a hand like appendage to emerge from the back of Hino and effortlessly catch the object and drop it to the ground.

Enzo: Fire Style: Chained Spear Inferno! - Hino: Water Style: Tenketsu Bullet Barrage!

Following Enzo, Hino formed a couple seals himself which accumulated hundreds of compacted water bullets no bigger than the size of a fingernail which were all infused with his own chakra working in a way that matches the gentle fist: tenketsu needle. As such, the water just was sent fourth with such speeds that avoiding will be very difficult, and the power of such compact and consentrated water made these bullets strong enough to pierce through even the strongest of steel. Adding further confusion to the attack, each bullet moved in randomized and unpredictable patterns which made prediction of their marked area impossible, storming on both Yumaro and Kamato alike. Meanwhile, Enzo will wait patiently for a dodge from Komato or a confirmation that his prior plan succeeds, in either case, the Spear Inferno will chase after its target guided by the chain being held by the Uchiha legacy, of course connection with this attack will cause its victim to be set ablaze from the inside should said victim be pierced by its ferocity.

Komatoo

Genin
Captured, Komato’s first attack seemed to be a failure. Merely a nuisance to be dropped and forgotten altogether. Whether it be the hand of the Hyuuga or the shadowy appendage that moved to his defense instead, it made no difference for the Samurai, he had only seconds, no, far less time than that. In just that millisecond of time, Komato observed and analyzed. His body moved instinctively in order to continue with his plan to outsmart the Hyuuga. The Uchiha aims to act once again, planning to ignite the very kunai in his grasp and surround himself in a torrent of fire. As if Enzo would have time, and Hino who aimed to follow in his steed, would have far less time than that. Before Hino could fix his hand(s) to weave the first hand sign in order to begin his own jutsu, the ever-so-approaching fist, encroaches on his chin.

Komato had moved twice, the very object the shadowy hand had caught was nothing but the scabbard of his Katana. While the Hyuuga may have not been distracted in the slightest, will his body be able to keep up with the terrific speed of the Samurai that begins to out-pace his hand-weaving skills? Komato's right fist moves towards the chin, his left hand wielding his Katana in a reverse grip fashion, poised to strike as well. Chakra moves and channels towards the very right arm of Komato. If Hino continued to proceed to finish the first-hand sign to his technique, he’d find Komato’s very own fist crashing into the bottom of his jaw. A strike that moved so fast, that a small boom can be heard as it breaks the very sound barrier. A strike so devastating, that the very jaw of Hino will break and shatter upon impact, and lastly, launch the Hyuuga far into the sky, above the tree line. Once again, the Samurai aims to put the Hyuuga to rest and out of commission.

In tandem, chakra also flows through the left arm, and into the very blade he now wields in said hand, the edge of the blade, brimming with a low chakra flow that can extend and expand at any second. Komato remains in total control, capable of disengaging from his attack and moving in quick succession should he need to. He remains well aware of his surroundings, and attune to the battle at all times.

LEGENDARY
The emerald eyes of Yumaro took into account what they could, along with the other usable senses - which included six others. There was no physical movement within the area that went unnoticed, as the apex predator continued; things were in motion.

The samurai was in motion, displaying a level of speed that greatly surpassed the comprehension of most shinobi; Yumaro effortlessly followed the course of action. The target was one of the manipulated shinobi, apparently subjected to a strike intended to swiftly immobilize the threat. The opposition reacted swiftly, not only reading the movement but also responding in kind. This initial resistance was commendable, as it showed that the opposition wasn't easily shaken. However, Yumaro observed that there was more to come from the samurai. In a matter of moments, Komato, the samurai, continued to demonstrate his refined movement, doubling down on his efforts to strike down the opposition. Yumaro noted the resolve in Komato's actions; maintaining such relentlessness required discipline. This gave insight into the kind of person Komato might be and the extent to which Yumaro could trust him. If Komato proved to be both competent and strong, Yumaro could use his own abilities more freely without worrying about any negative consequences for his partner. With even greater speed, another strike was launched by Komato, supported by a flow of chakra that seemed poised to shatter the target's facial structure. This strike also left room for follow-up actions, indicating that Komato was prepared for potential outcomes, whether success or failure.

However, the likelihood of failure from Komato was low, and here's additional support to explain why...
gon-power.gif

A profound presence came into effect, surpassing the ordinary capacity of land dwellers, as it was something beyond normal human comprehension. It emanated from the Monster of the Sea, a creature forged through the harshest imaginable environmental conditions. This creature propelled such intense resolve that it seemingly cast a shadow over the perspectives of all those subjected to it. The manipulated warriors all shared a common yet individual experience, its ironclad grasp proving formidable and debilitating to those underneath. It was as though their world had plunged into an abyss of overwhelming darkness, a sensation akin to being submerged beneath the crushing weight of the ocean's depths. Breathing became a struggle, accompanied by the eerie phenomenon of phantom pain that defied explanation. Some might have found themselves in the grip of the sea's terrifying embrace, the waters wrapping around them like a suffocating shroud, as if they were drowning in their own thoughts. Others could have been spectators to the grim tableau of their comrades, subjected to gruesome acts that left them torn asunder and fragmented into a nightmarish collage. While some might have rested on the surface, their gazes turned skyward, catching glimpses of their fading lights in the heavens.

gore-anime.gif

For those who drew nearer to Yumaro, the ordeal took a darker turn, impacting them both psychologically and physically, rendering them prone to immobilization. The psychogenic pain they experienced might have eerily transcended the realm of the mind, manifesting as actual physical distress: muscles contracting and constricting, heart rates soaring, and blood pressure surging. The visual representations of their demise were as diverse as they were grotesque, each a torturous vignette to behold. Among the possible physical outcomes, some might have succumbed to unconsciousness, while others could have grappled with lingering stress, or found themselves strangely less perturbed. Nevertheless, all fell under its influence. Every warrior, except the samurai, found themselves ensnared. This occurred just before Hino and Enzo could execute the first hand seal, before even a glimmer could pierce the darkness for Enzo. To dispel this level of malevolence instantly would likely prove an insurmountable task for those with even the most unyielding resolve. Yet, for Yumaro, the time required... proved astonishingly minimal. The Monster of the Sea was not finished as his warning shot managed to do more than he had anticipated.
giphy.gif

Beneath the surface of the earth, an extensive network of chakra was forged. The calcium-enriched chakra solidified into bones of immaculate resilience and strength. The bones and marrow festered and spread through the environment quickly, with each step releasing chakra filled with yang energy. As the man with white hair invigorated the ground, tremendous tremors awakened in the earth. This commotion provided the perfect cover for what was approaching. The shinobi who had fallen under the enemy's influence had become an adversary to Yumaro, a man unlike any other. Saturated with his bloodlust, they were now at odds. Just then, the underground ivory forest's bony roots bore their heinous fruit. Gigantic shark skulls surged forth from the earth's surface with incredible speed, their sharp, serrated teeth forming a macabre crown. Astonishing hydraulic mechanisms snapped their jaws shut at speeds Yumaro had intuitively measured based on Komato's initial movement. The speed was so immense that most of them couldn't react in time. Anything caught within their ivory grasp would be instantly ensnared, as the back end of the jaws connected with the serrated teeth at the other end with stupendous force. The fate of the seven warriors seemed sealed, ensnared by Yumaro's elaborate plan. If the jaws closed during an attempt to escape, the shock and pain alone would suffice to bring about a sudden death. This wasn't the intended outcome, but these were warriors, and their deaths would be a mercy.

Yumaro's final step was accompanied by a swift hand seal. In the event that his opponent proved even more formidable after surviving the initial ensnarement, they would find themselves engulfed in a world saturated with mist. This marked the execution of the Hiding in the Mist Technique, executed with such finesse that not even his own hand movements were discernible. Utilizing the Dustless Bewildering Cover, he vanished from existence, rendering himself untraceable as he seamlessly transitioned into the Silent Killing technique.

INVADING FORCE FROM THE SHADOWS - What's going on!?
1680453678111-png.2969

In the midst of battle, the events that unfolded were both positive and negative on both ends. Starting with the positive end for the Hino which would have proved negative for the others. Hino's resolve and uncaring nature for anything foreign held no effect on him from the presence; While it was something he could definitely feel and acknowledge as strong, it wasn't something that forced him to wither and cower under. As such, as Komato approached the Hyuga during his seals, a mysterious force stopped the attacker in his tracks only a few inches from the targeted location of the possessed shinobi. This force was simply a wave of chakra being release at once and acting as a solidified invisible wall, which allowed Hino to finish his hand seals as if there was no other being within his presence. With that being said, the water bullets formed as intended and shot forth directly towards Yumaro in the same fashion as previously intended. One will have thought the samurai was safe but it was just the opposite, it was in that very moment where Hino release more chakra and spun himself around to execute the 'Eight Trigrams: Rotation' which if not avoided will send the samurai hurling towards Yumaro and the rest of the water tenketsu bullets which will make avoiding them even harder for the both of them as this will leave Yumaro with a decision to save himself and leave Komato to either be hit with the attack if unable to avoid them on his own, OR going the more risky route by taking a chance in rescuing his comrade.

As for Enzo, the Uchiha's resolve was nowhere near as strong as Hino's and as such the man was overcome by the presence, and with the man now being immobilize and unable to continue as a sufficiant host. The shadow who's will is determined by it's source, vacated the body of Enzo and rocketed itself across the ground directly towards both Yumaro and Komato. The intention of this being was to inflict the same effect on one of them as it had over Enzo and force the comrades into combat with each other; And with the both of them being occupied with the power and might of Hino, it's lowly presence will have been gone ALMOST completely unnoticed due to the powerful signatures being emitted by the 3 shinobi engaging in combat.

With all this in play, should the shark structure launch up to attack Hino, his rotation was more than enough to keep himself safe as the connection with his defensive/offensive technique and the skill will cause a giant sphereical shape to be formed in the skull structure of the shark which left Hino safe from it's onslaught.

Komatoo

Genin
The Unstoppable Samurai

The area remains submerged in battle, drenched in the killing intention of Yumaro. Despite the choice to hold back, to hopefully retain the integrity of the Uchiha and Hyuuga respective Shinobi, it would seem Yumaro’s primal instincts thwart such limitations. Truly the monster of the sea, and against such an opponent, Enzo and Hino deserve a fitting death, an honor amongst warriors in the heat of battle. Komato can only respond in kind, the current events proving that it will only take his own intent to kill; to use his eternal blood thirst to pay respect to the two warriors before him.

It is only now that the eyes of the Samurai sharpen, his resolve showing in a violent surge of chakra that remains completely confined to the inner workings of his body. The Hyuuga had undoubtedly been snared, perhaps unknowingly by the killing intent of Yumaro. Hino’s plan to create another hand seal would likely slow drastically, let alone be even possible to begin. Whether this was the case or not, it mattered little to the Samurai. Hino played a defensive game, hoping that this meager wall of Chakra could stop the Samurai from advancing into his strike. He hoped that he was safe. Free to do as he planned, or as he had pleased.

He is wrong

In every aspect of the word, this chakra wall did nothing to stop the Samurai; the only thing the Hyuuga had accomplished in this fleeting second of time was propelling the power of the Samurai upward in order for him to overcome this obstacle. The enemy truly did not understand who they were up against, possibly believing that Komato was just a generic fighter, easy to read, easy to defeat. They would be far from correct. Among the world, Komato boasts the greatest chakra control and arguably the highest level of chakra, nearly limitless. It is this very power that now confronts the Hyuuga. The wall is seemingly nonexistent, Komato extends his chakra in a focused and refined fashion, channeling massive amounts in order to easily overpower the chakra wall before him; such an action took him no more than a second, due to his years of training in chakra control and stupendous reserves. Such refined and focused chakra is highly condensed and shaped to outline his body, turning the Samurai into a human blade and allowing him to breach the aforementioned wall. Piercing through, the Samurai’s right hand continues its course and smashes straight into the Hyuuga’s jaw.

The force in his strike increased tenfold upon contact. Hino would feel the bottom of his jaw press into the upper portions of his mouth, teeth from the bottom row flying from his maw, as the teeth on the top row plunge deeply into his gums. Simultaneously, the entirety of his jaw shatters as well as sending the Hyuuga flying into the air, at speeds that produce a shockwave that transcends past ten feet, knocking any other adversaries away, even the lurking shadow that no longer possessed the Uchiha. The wind pressure of such an ascension from the ground becomes too strong to maneuver from, keeping the Hyuuga from rotating or moving in order to try and reposition himself. However, Komato would not give Hino the time to do so having followed the Hyuuga into the air..

As the Hyuuga travels at break-neck speeds, movement constricted by the wind pressure; before the Hyuuga’s ascension comes to a stop and he could naturally fall to the ground, the Samurai is right there with him. His right arm pulled back, hand clenched into the mightiest of fists, poised for another devastating blow, no, a far stronger one. His entire arm was covered in robes of chakra, festering and fuming with overwhelming strength and power. Truly the Samurai had let go of all reserves, he aimed to obliterate his opponent.

BOOOOOOOOOM!!!

The air separates from the fist, the wind rushing away at violent speed, as he launches another attack, this time sending it towards the torso of the Hyuuga. Such a blow would fold the fool's body in half, causing his chest to cave in as the bones protecting his eternal organs shatter completely upon impact. The Hyuuga’s body is sent flying, breaking the sound barrier which results in the echoing boom. Hino is nothing more than a rocket, hurtling to the earth, where the impact will send a surge of wind that separates the encroaching mist from the area. The earth is torn asunder, as trees and boulders topple over due to massive tremors from the impact location. Hino is left deep within the confines of a massive crater, submerged and toppled by pounds of earth.

Komato’s hand is left smoking, as he falls from such great heights, keeping his eyes fixated at ground level. In the midst of all this, he has likely avoided the possessing shadow that once used the Uchiha as a host. His eyes scan the area, noticing upon his descent to the area, that most of it had been covered in jaw-shaped bones akin to the maw of a shark. Raising his eyebrows, he realized that this was a skill that likely belonged to his comrade, though he would also notice that Yumaro had disappeared. No, he was still around, he was everywhere, but nowhere. Perhaps another technique in his arsenal.

Komato still after a successful offensive maneuver remained vigilant, careful, and cognitive. He will not let his guard down until he knows for sure that his opponent is down for the count. Still, his left hand carries the katana in a reverse grip, and still, chakra flows upon the blade itself.

LEGENDARY
MONSTER OF THE SEA
They would be embarrassed should consciousness ever be reclaimed, as they were halted by a Mist shinobi, succumbed to the killer intents, and restricted within the powerful shark-bite bone prison. It was a mercy extended by one of the most ruthless members of the Mist village. However, the world was flipped upside down, with many shinobi being lost over the last several years as well as due to the recent events. He pitied them not; however, Yumaro wasn't one without intellectual capacity and understanding of what may benefit long-term success for the shinobi world.

There was one target who did not make it into the shark-bite bone prison. Komato would not have stood for it, as the opposition proved to be subject to a thunderous uppercut. With such impact and force behind the strike, it allowed the Hyuga to escape its merciful confines. During this sequence of actions, Yumaro was nowhere to be found, unable to be detected through most means of sensory. With a presence hidden within the environment, occupied with soundless motion determined by his mastery over the silent killing technique made it almost impossible for anyone on the planet to locate him. Unbeknownst to anyone, Yumaro quickly traversed himself upon the Hokage's mansion and looked downwards upon the battlefield with tremendous rapidity, yet the speed he had displayed was untraceable to any around. It is to be noted, he was there before the descent of what was to happen. Inevitably avoiding the shadow that sought him out while seeming creating comfortable distance from, Yumaro now also at a much higher vantage point. In his position, Yumaro did not let his guard to drop for even a moment and observed.

With a jaw shattering the way it did, it was more likely to have snuffed the utility out of such a warrior, and seemingly, that wasn't the end of it all either. As the upward ascension of the foe continued, his ally was there, watching like a hawk ready to clamp down on its prey at the optimal moment. When the opportune moment presented itself and downward motion was appearing to come soon, Yumaro sensed the cocking back of the skeletal arm of his teammate. And within but a brief moment in space-time, it jettisoned forward with explosive speed, intending to cave the chest of the Hyuga. The robes of chakra canvassed around the arm; this was not mercy, but rather an outright demolishing attempt on the victim.

The strike likely hit, and the aftermath that followed was impressive. It caused Yumaro to widen his big emerald eyes, as he didn't anticipate his partner to possess such physical prowess. It sort of excited the Kaguya heritage within his veins. Hurtling into the earth caused tremors, tearing the bedrock and concrete apart, exploding the roots of trees while breaking them as they toppled. Boulders broke, walls fell, and the Hokage mansion cracked throughout, yet it managed to survive the chaotic strike aftermath. As a result of the wind the mist was separated and pushed outwards, yet it had not yet dissipated completely and likely would not expire at the moment. Yet the location immediate to Komato was void of it, the exterior such as the Hokage mansion and surrounding still existed with the vapor. It was very much still useful to the Kaguya, who lurked not in the shadows but in unforeseen light.

With the battle coming to its conclusion due to the efforts of both Komato and Yumaro, their coordinated attack was successful and ultimately eliminated the Hyuga and the shadow beings as a whole since the Uchiha had already been overcome by the deadly horrorific intent of Yumaro which caused him to die from a heart attack. As such, these events came to an end, leaving the victors of this battle standing though their consquences will be major for the killing of two leaf shinobi.

Komato lands upon the earth, the ground further cracking beneath his feet. His Katana no longer held within a reverse grip, yet still clenched in his hand, ready to be of use once more. A trained gaze searches the scenery, but is unable to locate signs of the enemy, as well as, find a chakra source. Yo Komato, this could only mean that the foe had fallen to fists.

Unfortunate, he had to express his skills to the renowned Hyuuga, and even the Uchiha. Looking over the destroyed landscape, he finds his scabbard. Picking it up he swiftly sheaths his sword and returns the weapon to his left side, securing its position. Using his hands to beat the dirt and dust from his clothing, a relaxed vision searches for his comrade.

Yumaro, great work.

A simple and straightforward respond, presuming the Shinobi doesn’t need to be gas-lighted in the slightest. Such an acknowledgment will suffice. However, the question now arises…

Where to next?

Undoubtedly, they’d have the time to secure the village, and report back to headquarters about the death of two Leaf Shinobi. Komato turns from the scene, resting his left hand upon the handle of his Katana while he presses on towards the whole of the village in order to vacate any survivors they may have been left.

Yumaro, if you have the means, can we report back to headquarters from here?”

The lifeless bodies of the Uchiha and Hyuuga lay still, an eerie stillness after their fierce battle. However, this stillness was short-lived as an unnatural and grotesque transformation began. Their bodies decomposed rapidly, turning into a black liquid that seemed to defy the laws of nature.

Uzumaki Ayame, with her unique Mind's Eye of Kagura, observed this macabre transformation with her eyes closed. Her sensory abilities allowed her to perceive the battle, including the strange chakra that emanated from the bodies. "It seems like General Komato and Yumaro from the Mist disposed of Uchiha Enzo and Hyuuga Hino...wait no...they were not the real," Ayame began, her voice filled with uncertainty. "The bodies shared a chakra I never even sensed before. This chakra does not belong to this realm."

Her partner, Yamanaka Inoka, responded with a chuckle, his tone unusually light given the circumstances. "You're so dramatic, Ayame. Just focus on the chakra source so we can follow the location and then boom, I'll torture the motherfuckers until they expose the source of their power."

Ayame's annoyance was palpable. "For Mother's sake, you would think your mind would be pure and intellectual with a gift like yours. Sometimes I think you have a nut as a brain."

Inoka couldn't resist teasing further. "Ayame, the way you flirt is so weird, hahaha."

This comment pushed Ayame over the edge, her eyes turning pure white with rage as she clenched her fist, ready to strike Inoka. However, their exchange was interrupted by a mysterious voice that both of them recognized.

"Enough, you two!" the voice commanded.

Both Ayame and Inoka turned their attention downward, realizing they had almost forgotten the pink-talking pig that was leading them. It was Tento, a personal summoning of Hokage Suzaku and a revered figure in their eyes. Tento hailed from Mount Taruko and had been a teacher to their Hokage.

Tento relayed a message from Suzaku, explaining that he was occupied with protecting an entire district but wished to speak with General Komato and Yumaro. With that, Tento began to walk away, expecting the samurai and Mist shinobi to follow him to the Hokage Mansion.

The battle was over and their enemies apprehended and at the cost of two lives. This wasn't the result of Yumaro or Komato, it was the responsibilities of those who had fallen victim. Their own weakness led to that occurring, it was an unfortunate event for the leaf shinobi. It should have been embarrassing, not just here but all across the shinobi world. He grunted with disproval, there was no remorse from the Monster of the Sea. Out of the seven warriors who had challenged them, five were trapped within the shark-bone prison while the two others had died. He shrugged, then he nodded at the presence and acknowledge from the samurai.

"Weakness is not welcomed here, you did well samurai. Regarding the matters of -"

Yumaro became privy of two leaf shinobi, they weren't intending to hide and if they were it was a horrible disguise. He overheard them and a pig speak, Yumaro shark-bone prisons, with the execution of a tiger seal opened them up. He watched as the bodies plopped to the floor of the unconscious entities, it wasn't his responsibility to take care of them with two leaf shinobi here. He nodded in response to the pork chop and followed suit, while continuously maintaining his guard up. He was in foreign territory and a threat could emanate from anywhere at anytime.
